Moreno MD is the only certified Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon in Laredo, TX where he has practiced medicine for the last 19 years. He is licensed to practice medicine in Texas, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico. He is also a certified wound care specialist and hand specialist which distinguishes him from other doctors in the area. Moreno is very experienced in all fields related with traditional plastic surgery as well as up to date with some of the latest, state of the art cosmetic procedures such as Endermologie, Thermage, and LipoLaser.

Efren A. Moreno, M.D.
Efren A. Moreno, M.D. was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Moreno studied medicine at the Ponce School of Medicine in his native Puerto Rico. Moreno completed his residency in General Surgery at the Medical Center of Delaware and his residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He has also studied under world renowned Plastic Surgeons Baker & Gordon out of Miami, FL and Fernando Ortiz Monestero out of Mexico D.F.
